Established in 2001, Hill Properties is a San Diego-based real estate investment company which acquires and operates commercial properties in the Southwest region. The company also provides third-party asset management services throughout the US and property management services to select accounts in San Diego. Hill Properties has recently been active in Denver, Chicago, San Francisco and San Diego.
